Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged & Mislabelled items

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims can be submitted through the Contact Us email form.

Buyer’s Remorse

Myrems only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

Size Exchanges

Size guides are attached to all products; please review the measurements before placing your order. Due to the made-to-order nature of Myrems products, we are unable to provide free exchanges as this requires creating an entirely new product.

Orders Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery date window, reach out through the Contact Us email form. If the address provided is incorrect, we can update the address and reship the package. However, you will be responsible for those shipping costs.
